Since 1968, Troop 402 from Humacao, sponsored by the "Estrella de Oriente" Lodge #30 have made Scouting history in Puerto Rico. Filled by a strong Scout spirit and with committed volunteer leaders, we developed young boy in good citizens and leaders for their communities. These pages are a tribute to the history of this commitment, who has passed from generation to generation. Also, on how we have teached Scouting principles to youth in Humacao. |
